Can't Get Dialer To Work

Hi,

 

I have downloaded the demo version of the software - and as I understand it, the dialer should work for 10 numbers and for an hour.

 

I want to make sure it'll do what I need before paying for the license but I cannot get the dialer to work.

 

I've installed a Dialogic analog 4PICU and I've confirmed that they'll receive incoming calls with the supplied sample scripts.

 

However, with the dialer, notthing happens. I've set up a simple script that just plays a wav file. The dialer is referenced in the "real person answers" field - and I've put the number in the phone number box. But when i hit dial, the program just appears to end. The log file reports:

But that's all.

I've tried deleting the OutDial*.* files in the data directory, and restarted the app. But still no joy.

 

Any thoughts?

Found it - I had been using the 'line selection' option but I needed it to be 5,6,7 or 8 and not 1 to 4 as they were H232 lines - even though they were not selected under the VG config.
