Scrip Is Running Before The Line Goes Off Of Hock

The out abound call scrip is running however there is no telephone line connected to dialogic board? Why is this happening? I remember that I had this problem with modem, and then I was told to use Dialogic board. However I am using the dialogic board the out abound call scrip start running however there is no telephone line connected to dialogic board.

Maybe the board is set not to wait for dial tone before beginning dialing and then after is dials then the lack of any ringback is interpreted as an answer.

 

If you do not want VoiceGuide to dial on certain lines then just deselect the "allow VoiceGuide to dial on this line" option. Please see the "View"->"Line Device Config" menu option.
