Using D/41epci As Faxcard

Hello all;

 

I am trying to change firmware of my card to use it as a fax card. I searched internet but I couldn't find anything. Does anyone know how to do this or an URL where I can find info?

You don't need any special drivers - you just need software which can send faxes using a Dialogic card.

I tried to use Dialogic's StandAlone Fax program to test if I can send Fax with D/41epci but it gives an error..... (I can use that program on D/4PCI-U and it works fine)

 

fx_open function returns 2 ( ENOENT ) when I try to open one channel on dialogic card.

 

description of ENOENT is :

No such file or directory; invalid device name; file or path not found. The specified file or directory does not exist or cannot be found. This message can occur whenever a specified file does not exist or a component of a path does not specify an existing directory.

 

So I think I should change its firmware or change settings. Can you help me about it or am I doing something wrong?
