1 Of The 4 Ports Of D4pci Stopped Responding

Hello,

on one of my 2 IVRservers, I have 2 Dialogic D/4PCI cards, i.e. 8 ports. All 8 ports were working fine until a month ago, but recently (since we moved the office) the 4th port on both cards don't pick up calls. Neither VG nor Dialogic's DCM show any errors. I did check the lines, and they ring OK when I connect a handset.

Did anyone experience similar problems? Any suggestions?

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the incoming call on that port, this will allow us to see what is going wrong.
