Guest fsoudbakhsh Report post Posted 08/23/2004 04:23 AM However I have 0 “ring before answering inbound call”, and also set the dialogic board to 0 ring to answer, it still get 2 ring before answers inbound call! Any suggestion to make VG to answer the call in 1st ring or less? Farzad Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/23/2004 04:26 AM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the incoming call, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.) Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/21/2004 05:59 AM Are you using Dialogic card? In the Dialogic TSP configuration there is a setting which allows you to set "Report incoming call after X rings". make sure that is set to 0. See bottom of this page: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/Inst...allDialogic.htm Share this post Link to post
