joelyang Report post Posted 08/23/2004 10:46 PM Hi, We wish to use a PC to dial and call to save long distance costs. Our branch office and customers would like to access a web page at our www to call us. Can they use their PC's mic and headset to talk to the active line that VG has dialed and connected? Thanks for your advice. Share this post Link to post

joelyang Report post Posted 08/24/2004 12:11 AM Yes. I understand. I just want to know the possiblity of whether VoiceGuide software can connect to a PSTN or ISDN line to a web page (residing in the same computer system) communicating to the dialed party using PC Mic and headset. I understand from other threads that we can use a web page to dial and send text messages with VoiceGuide using its ActiveX / com interface. Thanks. Share this post Link to post
