Guest Victor Rychlicki Report post Posted 08/24/2004 07:31 PM I'm having a simple but annoying problem. In the call log, I'm not seeing the caller ID information. It worked for a day or two but now it's suddenly stopped logging the Caller ID info. I can't find any settings in VoiceGuide to control this. Can anyone help? SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/24/2004 08:24 PM There is no setting in VG to control CallerID. If Caller ID is supplied by the modem/phone card then it is available - if it is not supplied then it is not available. Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures an incoming call, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.) Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/26/2004 08:36 AM Trace confirms Caller ID is not provided by the device to VoiceGuide- maybe the phone company has stopped sending it? Have you changed the modem's drivers or don anything else at about the time when the Caller ID stopped working for you? Share this post Link to post
