Installing A System From Scratch

I would like to know if I am going to set up a system to generate outbound calls for the purpose of telemarketing, what is the basic reqirement besides the software(Voice Guide) and the telephony card (dialogic card?).

 

Also, we are a company in Hong Kong.

I want to know if there would be any difficulties in running the system because of our geographical location.

No problems using it all in HK .We have customers using VoiceGuide all over the world (and in HK as well).

If we are to buy a dialogic card and use it in Hong Kong,

would u recommend any Model for us?
