How Do I Get Transfered Call Back

I'm using a announce transfer. But if the user does not pick up and the module timesout. How can I get the original caller back?

 

Doing this manually on the phone I'd tranfer a call by press the "flash" key on the telephone (it is a hookflash) and then I digit the number of the destination telephone.

 

If the destination phone does not pick up then I hangup my phone and pick up the phone again and dial *65 to pick up the original call.

 

How do I do this with VG?

VoiceGuide by default issues a hookflash to retrieve a call - this is what works on 90%+ of PBXs.

 

What PBX are you using?

 

Is there any other way to retrieve a call you are trying to transfer? hanging up phone then picking it up again and dialing *65 seems like a really odd way of picking up a call that you have tried to transfer...
