Guest Arnold Smith Report post Posted 09/02/2004 07:27 PM Hi, I have a script that works with inbound calls. I am trying to use it for outbound calling. When I load it in the telephone numbers dialer, put in a number, and hit dial, it says finished , queued:1 rejected:0 but nothing happens. What is the proper procedure to get it to call out? SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/02/2004 08:05 PM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures what happens on system just after you queue the call, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.) Share this post Link to post
