Can you please take me through a step by step direction on how to program VoiceGuide to work as an Automated banking System with ability to allow customer query and get answers to Balance enquiries, PIN changes, last 5 transactions, make a transfer etc.

What sort of database are all customers balances etc kept in?

 

You can use a DB Query module to retrieve and modify that info. I'd recommend reading up on that module and the Get Numbers module in the VoiceGuide Help file.
