Pctel Hsp56 Mr Data/fax

Hi,

I have a PCTel HSP56 MR Data/Fax,

in your forum somebody say we can use Voice Guide with that modem,

but I can´t.

It says that modem uses PCtel AMR interface (on-board) ?

 

I receive the message that my modem is not a voice modem,

I had install the wave and tapi drivers.

If you cannot get the modem to work then the simplest and usually the quickest approach is to try another modem - or better yet just purchase a Dialogic card.

We want to buy Voice Guide, but first we want to try with a modem.

I try it with Toshiba V.90. But appears the same message.
