AbsoluteControls Report post Posted 09/09/2004 09:31 PM Hi I've been using a dialogic analog card for designing an IVR system. I am planning to switch over to a D300JCT-E1 card with PRI - E1 lines. I installed the new card on a new machine, together with all of the scripts and wave files I was using. I then installed Voice guide according to instructions I received from you for the ISDN version. The demo scripts work fine, but my scripts are not. They play back my wave files slowly (like a record playing at the wrong speed). What can I do to fix this? (My wave files are all recorded in 11/1/8.) Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/10/2004 06:55 AM .WAV files for the ISDN version of VoiceGuide should be recorded at 8kHz, not 11kHz like the sound files youare probably using right now. Share this post Link to post
AbsoluteControls Report post Posted 09/10/2004 09:37 AM Your documentation says that voice guide scripts written for regular voice guide can be used for the ISDN version without any problem. I assumed that this included the sound files as well. Now I have several hundred voice files already recorded in 11khz. Is there any way to make them work with the ISDN version? There are programs out there that batch convert sound files - I'd suggest just looking on Google for them (see also http://www.adobe.com/products/audition/main.html) Share this post Link to post
