Trouble With Transfer

I didn't receive any post about my timeout trouble,

so i try to attach again my log.

 

The trouble is the same :

 

I call my number , i digit 3 to transfer the call, the transfered call didn't answered, the script restart.

I would like to put in the end a voice that let me to leave a message or waiting for answered.

Have you tried using 'Announced Transfer' option, and then you can send call to voicemail using the "on {fail} ... path.

But if i try 'announced transfer' the operator must digit 1 to accept the call?

 

I want it invisible!

You need to have a CTI link to the PBX if you want to make this happen reliably...

 

Does you PBX support any CTI integration links?

Computer Telephony Integration.

 

It mans that your PBX has a connection which can be used to send data to a computer about what is happening to the calls that are on the PBX.
