Trying to use Voiceguide with a 3Com NBX with WAV/TAPI drivers, I'm certain they are working because I can run other WAV/TAPI application (Crystal Voice).

 

I can associate a script with the TAPI line but it never answers.

 

Using the latest version of Voice Guide and the 3Com drivers.

Is "3Com NBX" a Voice modem?

 

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the incoming call, this will allow us to see what is going wrong.

 

(When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.)

 

Which version of Windows are you using?
