Announced Transfer Busy

HI, We have VG working with a 4 port dialogic card. When we do an announced transfer and the extn is busy it does not retrieve the call and send to voicemail.

 

Any ideas....event log included below

[trouble]

We are using a Panasonic KX816 PABX with a flash time of 10ms on the dialogic board. All other functions seem to work fine.
