Busy Not Recognized During Transfer

Hi, We are using VG with a new 4 port dialogic card and all seems to be working except when we do an announced transfer and the extn is busy. It seems the system does not recognize that the extn is busy and the caller is just left on hold.

 

What we want is when the extn is busy is for the call to be retrieved so we can forward to voicemail or another extn

 

We are using a Panasonic KX816 PABX with a flash time of 10ms on the dialogic board. All other functions seem to work fine.

 

Any ideas....event log for a transfer to a busy extn included below
