I’m planning to implement a voice mail but the voicemail box No should be the subscriber ANI which is 9 digits, the call should be transferred to the mailbox system and the system should check the DNIS as it's the Mailbox number and automatically forwarded to right box. Is it possible?

Yes. There is no limit on the length of the Voicemailbox ID.
