Is there a diagram some where on a site to show me how to set the "Jumpers" on this board. I have a D/42 NE2 board. also what's the best OS for your software?

Best OS is Win2000 or WinXP

No diagrams on how to set the jumpers though... You may find these on Intel site...

I completed the jumper settings and was able to get the services running on Windows XP Professional with sp2 installed on the system. No other software in on the system but VoiceGuide, I'm having problems trying the make the system call me when I input the number.

All I want the system to do is OutBound calling only, and when I input the number then to start dailing it shows dailing then answer but I never hear my telephone ring or do I answer it.

Please assist.

Many thanks,

Secondly, When I check the "Talker32" to test the system all the lines in GREEN shows the Line Information as unknown, and the lines show in REDgive the line information example: (Line type: Dialogic Gen 2

Please Assist.

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong.

(When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.)

Also what about the talker lines with the GREEN and RED problems:

The GREEN gives you the Line Information as unknown, and the RED give you the Information like line information: (Line type: Dialogic Gen 2). Is the software show the information correct? or did I do something wrong.

Thanks,

Michaelj
