Guest Guest_michaelj Report post Posted 09/18/2004 07:16 PM I completed the jumper settings and was able to get the services running on Windows XP Professional with sp2 installed on the system. No other software in on the system but VoiceGuide, I'm having problems trying the make the system call me when I input the number. All I want the system to do is OutBound calling only, and when I input the number then to start dailing it shows dailing then answer but I never hear my telephone ring or do I answer it. . Please assist. Many thanks, Michaelj Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/18/2004 10:34 PM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.) Share this post Link to post
Guest michaelj Report post Posted 09/19/2004 04:24 AM Also what about the talker lines with the GREEN and RED problems: The GREEN gives you the Line Information as unknown, and the RED give you the Information like line information: (Line type: Dialogic Gen 2). Is the software show the information correct? or did I do something wrong. Thanks, Michaelj Share this post Link to post
