Guest Tim Report post Posted 09/17/2004 07:43 AM Hi all, I had an ISDN line connected to a BT ISDN card in my computer, and voiceguide was working just fine. I have now upgraded my ISDN line to ADSL (forgetting that voiceguide was using this line!). Question: Can I use an ADSL line with voiceguide? Can I use the IDSN card or do I need something else? Thanks in advance for your replies... Tim Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/17/2004 08:17 AM I understand that ADSL will work separately to normal Analog or ISDN service - but it's best to ask your telephone company to see if you will still be able to sue your previous service as before. Share this post Link to post
Guest Tim Report post Posted 09/17/2004 08:25 AM thanks, but I don't quite follow... I can't have the line changed back to ISDN as I need an ADSL line. I also want to avoid having to install a whole new line just for voiceguide, I really want to use the same line. Tim Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/17/2004 09:51 PM You should really be speaking to the phone company to see what options are available for you to use. Share this post Link to post
