SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/17/2004 09:56 PM Are you using a Dialogic card? What length hookflash does your PBX expect? Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.) Share this post Link to post
Guest harding Report post Posted 09/18/2004 10:48 AM I use analogic modem PCI we have configured our PBX to 250 ms on lenght of hook flash vooceguidelog.txt Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/18/2004 10:32 PM Perhaps your modem is not sending the correct hookflash length? It's hard to tell with voice modems what is their hookflash length - that is why it's usually better to use Dialogic cards when implementing systems which do hookflash call transfers.
