Guest Jaipal Singh Report post Posted 09/17/2004 10:34 PM Hi, looking to use Voiceguide with BT or Telewest's ISDN30 service which uses DASS2. From reading the support forum I believe it does work with this ? Also, does the system support DDI's ? If I have 10 DDI's overlaid on each of my PRI ISDN 30 lines that gives me 300 DDI's I believe ? I want to run different scripts across different DDI's, not necessarily across each channel. Jai Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/18/2004 12:16 AM DASS2 is a supported ISDN protocol. You should have no problems using it. "VoiceGuide for ISDN" which you would be using does support DDIs - using the $RV[DNIS] Result Variable. You just ask the phone company for however many DDIs (indial telephone numbers) you'd like to terminate on this E1. I want to run different scripts across different DDI's Yes, you can do this. You’d switch to different scripts based on value of the $RV[DNIS] Result Variable. Share this post Link to post
