Hanging Up Call

I just bought the Enterprise + Dialer for 8 users an and configured port 1 with the sample credit card .vgs on line 1. Sometimes when I start the voiceguide application the state column keeps on showing "Hanging Up Call". Additionally if I try to do Outgoing Calls on that same line 1 utilizing a list from a ascii text file it only completes approximately 10 to 20 calls and then I keep getting the message "Hanging Up Call"

 

What is going on here? I installed the dialogic cards D41/JCT-LS and they are working fine. Reinstalled voiceguide 5.2 but I still running into the same problem. I registered the software properly.

 

Your help and/or recommendations will be greatly appreciated as I really need to have this working for its intended purpose.

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong.

(When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.)
