Non Stop Dial Out

We have a licensed VoiceGuide Pro 4 dialer.

I want to dial out from 5:00 pm - till 3:00 am and not stop by 11:59 pm.

How can I do it?

Which version of VoiceGuide are you using? The current release version should allow you to do this - all that you need to do is specify 5PM as your start time and 3AM as your end time.

I am using the latest one 5.2.3018. I tried setting the start time as 5:00 pm and the end time as 3:00 am but it did not work. Is there any other way of doing it??

Question 1

We want to dial from 6:00pm to 6:00am next morning

 

We want to know if we can setup a start time on a particular date

and and end time on a particular date

 

How do we do that

 

Question 2

 

I want to put 5000 calls in the que on Friday evening and want the dialers to diall all calls but stop on Monday morning at 3:00 am

 

How can i accomplish this

You can set the start time for a particular day/time, but not the stop time.

Only 'call between these hours' can then be used to regulate when the calls are made.

 

At this stage if you want to stop calling at a certain time you can just write a short VBScript which would delete entries from the OutDialQue.mbd database where all of the queued calls are stored, and run that when you wnat the calls to stop...
