SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/25/2004 04:43 AM Which version of VoiceGuide are you using? The current release version should allow you to do this - all that you need to do is specify 5PM as your start time and 3AM as your end time. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/08/2004 08:24 PM You can set the start time for a particular day/time, but not the stop time. Only 'call between these hours' can then be used to regulate when the calls are made. At this stage if you want to stop calling at a certain time you can just write a short VBScript which would delete entries from the OutDialQue.mbd database where all of the queued calls are stored, and run that when you wnat the calls to stop...
