CeceJ Report post Posted 09/24/2004 04:32 PM What motherboard is recommended when using 4 dialogic D/4pci boards. We have 12 phone lines connected to the 4 boards. We are using our system as a timeclock to clock in and out. We receive 1500+ calls a day with a high percentage of the calls occurring between 6:50 - 7:10 am, 2:50 - 3:10 pm, and 10:50 - 11:10 pm. When several calls are are received in a short period of time the callerid is not captured. We know that it is being sent, because we have set up an external callerid box and it receives the callerid and the Voiceguide program receives a null callerid. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/25/2004 04:03 AM We'd recommend making sure that the motherboard is using a Pentium CPU. Intel will not answer questions about problems regarding the Dialogic cards unless the motherboard is running an Intel CPU. When several calls are are received in a short period of time the callerid is not captured. This is quite strange... Please send and email to support@voiceguide.com we'll send you the new "VG for Dialogic" which has better debugging in the area of CallerID reception. Share this post Link to post
