I was looking around and found this other software called CT Developer Studio from IVR Software. Theirs is not available yet, but I was wondering how you guys are related to them as I found an article that was talking about their software superseding yours.

VoiceCallCentral used to distribute VoiceGuide (slightly rebadged to look as if it's their product). They no longer distribute VoiceGuide and as such there is no relation between the two companies.

 

The product which they are trying to make attempts to copy the basic functions of VoiceGuide - just compare their Features List - it's almost word for word copy from our web site...

 

I would not say it 'supersedes' VoiceGuide - the features they claim to be aiming at are less then what VoiceGuide offers, the sample script designer they are making available for download is not as good as VoiceGuide’s and the rest of the product has not yet been released...

LOL! I thought it looked like they were trying to duplicate what you guys have.

 

Yeah, they have a nice pretty editor that does not do anything.

 

I had asked them to give me some detail on the project and they send me backa one line email saying the product is not ready.

 

So basically they screwed themselves from any cureent or future business from us.
