Record Module

Hi

I am using record module to manage customer orders rather than voice mail box.

I cant manage to return to the script after a customer hangs up.

It works fine if I test and select a number - but my customers are unlikely to do this all the time at the end of the call. So after hang up Id like to return next module.

 

I tried something like:

 

On {hangup} goto [next module] .....but this didnt work.

 

the system identifys hang up well as I have copied tones/freqs into my dialogic configuration as identified in the support forum archives and checked the event log.
