SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/09/2004 11:58 PM Just ask your phone company to set up a 'rotary' system across the lines - so customers all a single number and call gets put through to an available line... If you wnat to externally keep track of which line is used just use a 'DB Query' module in your script to update a database entry at the beginning of call to indicate a line is used and also use a 'DB Query' module on a "On Hangup" script to indicate the line is now free.
