Active Lines

is there a why to VG show what lines are avaiable?

 

example: I have 10 lines... I want my customers to see what lines are currently avaiable from my website, so that way they dont dial a busy line... Can this be done?

Just ask your phone company to set up a 'rotary' system across the lines - so customers all a single number and call gets put through to an available line...

 

If you wnat to externally keep track of which line is used just use a 'DB Query' module in your script to update a database entry at the beginning of call to indicate a line is used and also use a 'DB Query' module on a "On Hangup" script to indicate the line is now free.
