AbsoluteControls Report post Posted 10/10/2004 12:16 PM I am using the ISDN version of voice guide with an E1 line. I do not understand how to view the event trace log. In the regular vesion of VG, you can just open the viewer and view the trace as the call porgresses. In the ISDN version the viewer opens but nothing is diplayed. On the bottom there is a box for "log level" which is defaulted to zero. Do I need to change this setting to view the trace? Share this post Link to post
