SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/29/2003 12:37 AM From VoiceGuide Help file: Voice modems can be used under Win98, WinME and Windows 2000. Windows NT4.0 does not support Voice modems. If using NT you will need to use a telephony card (eg: Dialogic) or upgrade to Win2000/XP. Share this post Link to post
Guest Renato Medeiros Report post Posted 12/01/2004 07:11 PM I have a Hayes Optima 336 V.34 + Fax + Voice (external). I'm using a Win2000 Professional, but I have the same problem: "Device doesn't support Automated Voice mode". What can I do? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/01/2004 08:42 PM Have you installed the correct drivers for his modem? Have you installed the Wave drivers for his modem? I'd try looking at the manufacturer's website and getting newest drivers from them. Share this post Link to post
