Support VoiceGuide The Modem creative Blaster V92 Model DI5651?

Because I am Trying to run this modem but the error is "Device doesn't support Automated Voice mode"

From VoiceGuide Help file:

 

Voice modems can be used under Win98, WinME and Windows 2000. Windows NT4.0 does not support Voice modems. If using NT you will need to use a telephony card (eg: Dialogic) or upgrade to Win2000/XP.

I have a Hayes Optima 336 V.34 + Fax + Voice (external). I'm using a Win2000 Professional, but I have the same problem: "Device doesn't support Automated Voice mode". What can I do?

Have you installed the correct drivers for his modem?

 

Have you installed the Wave drivers for his modem?

 

I'd try looking at the manufacturer's website and getting newest drivers from them.
