I have a Diva Server Analog 4P. I would like to know if is supported by VoiceGuide 5.2.200?

We understand that it should work but we have not tried it ourselves.

I have installed lastest drivers from Eicon (release 7.5) but I have found next message:

 

If I setup like Eicon ISDN Channel I get:

 

"Eicon ISDN Channel does not support any Voice features, or it's drivers were incrrectly installed. Check that device's Wave drivers are correctly installed, reinstalling them if necessary. For modems you can try selecting a compatible modem driver that supports Voice features, eg: Rockwell Compatible Internal V90, K56Flex, Voice, Speakerphone or Olitec Speed Voice 33600 Pnp".

 

If I setup as Modem Pool I get in the state of VoiceGuide: Wave drivers not loaded

 

Have you any new idea?

Are the Wave drivers for this card installed? Can you see them listed in the list of Wave drivers on the system?
