Problem Picking Up Or Dialing Out Calls

I moved a modem from one computer to another and installed the trial voiceguide software on the new computer. The software detects when a new call is coming in and shows caller id info but won't pick it up. Additionally, it won't dial out. Any suggestions?

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong.

 

(When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.)

If this is where the modem stops:

then there is something wrong with it's drivers or the drivers were not correctly installed. If this modem worked for you before then I'd recommend re-installing the modem, making sure that you are using same drivers.
