There is no free phone support (we were getting overwhelmed with people calling us to ask basic questions over the phone). You can purchase phone support from our WWW order form. When purchasing it in the 'Comments' field indicate the phone number and preferred time and somebody will contact you. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/09/2004 10:37 PM We actually get comments that the documentation is quite good... and it's a lot better then just about all other comparable programs... Do you have a particular question or a particular issue that you are stuck on? We find that questions posted on the forum can be answered a lot quicker by us, whereas on the phone we had a lot of callers who were not very computer literate at all, and would take 10 minutes going around in circles expecting us to hold on while they figure out how to open a computer cover to insert the card etc etc... Support in such cases just cannot be provided for free. The forum based support system works well, and we don't get many complaints about it at all. Also users get to read the solutions to other users questions, and this often saves time for them as well - this is probably the main reason why we use the forum to answer support questions.
