I would like to know if anyone is using a CTI link with VG, if please let me know how it is working. Also please provide the name of the CTI link and how much it cost. Thanks.

Any PBX with an MSI type interface (uses serial port) is fine.

 

Also any PBX which support an IP interface with a text based message format is fine.

 

Have a chat with your local PBX suppliers...
