SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/28/2004 06:44 AM It's not possible to detect if another handset on same line has been picked up. You should be able to ensure that the DTMF digits are only dialed after the dial tone is heard on the line by using a "D" prefix before the number dialed. This is not a recommended approach as after a number of such attempts VG will mark the call as 'failed'. Best not to use the line when VoiceGuide may be making outbound calls - or just have a dedicated line for VG's own use. Share this post Link to post
