Voice Guide Stop

We have a problem using Voice Guide. Two or three times a week Voicie Guide closed with no reason.

We use the version 5.2.1020.

Please update to v5.2.3 and then post a copy of the of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong.

 

When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window and be saved in files in VG's \log\ directory. After setting VG to start logging you may then close the trace window.

 

Can you also please post the VoiceGuide script which you are using, and which version of Windows and Service Pack are you running on.
