Guest hj Report post Posted 11/04/2004 03:57 AM Hi, I want to install a Dialogic 2 T-1 board. To the best of my research I come up with DMV 480A-2T1 PCI. This is suppose to have ASR and conference capablitities. I want conference and ASR for your future versions and do not want to reinvest in the board. In a prior forum response to another person you recommended a 96 port card the DMV1200B. You stated "make sure it's a "B" series. Is this only applicable to a 96 port board or do I need to be concerned for the 48 port board as well? I can not find anything on the "B" series. Will the DMV 480A-2T1 be OK or is there a better or newer version board for 48 ports? Also, when will your Dialogic version of VG be available? What advantages will that version have? I am using the standard 24 channels per T-1, not isdn. If I purchase VG now will I be in for an upgrade price when it becomes available? Thanks for your great support! Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/04/2004 04:43 AM Get the DMV600B - it is a 2 T1/E1 port card (software selectable) and is the current best Dialogic card for ASR applications on T1/E1 lines. Also, when will your Dialogic version of VG be available? It is available now - just not for general download. Send email to sales@voiceguide.com and "VoiceGuide for Dialogic" will be forwarded to you. Share this post Link to post
Digital-Comfort Report post Posted 11/04/2004 05:53 AM So the version that I purchased will not work with the Dialogic Card that I just purchased? Version 5.2.3018 Enterprise Multiline I also can not get the drivers 5.1.1 from Intel Any other download sites? Share this post Link to post
