Guest coecoe68 Report post Posted 11/06/2004 03:14 AM Recorded prompt messages are cuff off sometimes at the begining or at the end during their play. Can you suggest a fix? Thanks! Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/06/2004 03:45 AM If you are using a voice modem then this is probably doe to false detection of 'busy' tone by the modem while recording - the only solution for such issues is to get another modem or just get a Dialogic card. Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.) Share this post Link to post

'false busy' detections do happen with some modems when just playing or recording. If this happens when playing try re-recording the sound file in question. Share this post Link to post
