manikandangk Report post Posted 11/08/2004 05:49 AM I have installed a D120 JCT card in a system(With Windows 2000 server as OS and service pack 4). The card has been detected in DCM. But could not start. While starting it gives: "Failed to detect board(s) Error Configuring the TDM Bus". And in UDD it gives the following information. System Download .... ERROR from pCTBB_SetClientParm (bus type support level): CTBB_ERROR_INVALID_CLIENT_TYPE: Client type (technology) invalid ERROR from pCTBB_SetClientParm (bus type support level): CTBB_ERROR_INVALID_CLIENT_TYPE: Client type (technology) invalid D/120JCT-LS-Rev 2 (PCI ID 0) Download .. Firmware Version 0.00 1 Dialogic Board Successfully Installed ............................... Download failure: Type: D/120JCT-LS-Rev 2, ID: 0x0. Results buffer: 0x0000 0x0020 0x4413 0x0000 0x0000 0x0000 0x0000 0x0002 Marking board dead. ........ I tried to put the card in other pc with (Windows 2000 prof as OS). In that system it is working. I can run sample appli also. In 2000 server initially an pci device and Dialogic card has also same IRQ value as "5". So I disable the pther pci device and assign IRQ value "5" to dialogic card. Anybody could give any suggestion to solve this. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/18/2005 12:42 AM You should contact Intel/Dialogic technical support regarding issues/questions you have with Intel/Dialogic hardware. (NB. UDD has been known in past to report a problem while cards at the same were actually working fine...) Share this post Link to post
