Guest Sirina Report post Posted 11/08/2004 11:53 PM I want to create a conference application for call centers using VoiceGuide and Dialogic cards. The application will accept up to 100 incoming calls from customers. These calls may be organised in many conferencing rooms. Many conferencing room my be managed by an operator and contain many conferencers (One2One , Many2Many, etc). The operator my stop a call, mute a call, change a caller from a chat room to an other, transfer a call to the call center administrator, etc. The call center my have an administrator and many operators connected to the server by phone network and ip network.
