IVRtech Report post Posted 05/02/2003 11:49 PM We have a system using an intel dialogic d240jctt-1 card and when i try to test VG and set a script to one of the digital lines I get the error "Line_ERR Operation failed". The setup of the card and trunk are extremely complicated, perhaps there is a config. that is incorrect. Any suggestions? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/03/2003 03:53 AM I take it that the lines from the D240 appear in the list of devices in the VoiceGuide Configuration Wizard? Which version of Dialogic System Release are you using? Dialogic installs a sample application called TALKER32, which controls the card using TAPI - just like VoiceGuide does - can you see if that application works?
