SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/12/2004 04:50 PM You can run the voicemail manager (VgVmMgr.exe) from other computers - but you will need to start the VgVmMgr.exe from VoiceGuide's install directory. The voicemail manager needs to have access to the saved voicemail sound files and welcome messages etc - and if you need access to those directories then you may as well just run the .exe from the original install location - that is why the VgVmMgr.exe was not really designed to be ran from some other location. Guest Guest_Yona Report post Posted 11/15/2004 05:16 PM Thanks. Is there any way each user should olny have access to his/her VMBox (see in list or password protect) TIA_YONA Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/15/2004 09:43 PM The voicemail manager lets you view all of the mailboxes & messages within them. It cannot restrict viewing to just one mailbox. Guess we could create a version of the manager which just displays a particular mailbox - you would need to send an email to sales@voiceguide.com to enquire about the pricing. SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/16/2004 04:11 AM That's exactly the kind of approach which could be used here. You may also want to consider including the PIN on that command line as well.. You would need to send an email to sales@voiceguide.com to enquire about the pricing. Share this post Link to post
