When I setup the "/Scripts/Credit Card Payment" demo, the script works perfect and the audio sounds great. But when I try to dial out to another phone using the Telephone Numbers Loader, it dials out OK, but when I answer the other phone, there is silence.

 

What am I doing wrong?

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong.

 

(When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.)

I solved the problem. There was nothing wrong. I was executing the Telephone Numbers Loader incorrectly.
