When i use the outbound facility, it takes a long time like 20sec to start playing playing my .wav file after the recipiet has picked up the line. so i have recipents that will have to waite for all that time to hear the message. SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/18/2004 10:03 AM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/18/2004 11:40 PM Trace shows VG started dialing number at: 23:40:56 234056.20 5 callstate DIALING 66509 0 0 Then 16 seconds later Dialogic card reported that it has heard an Answering Machine answer the call: 234108.81 5 AM - wait for end of welcome message... and then 3 seconds later it started playing the message mayor.wav 234111.97 5 Play Answer Machine message [D:\Voice Files\mayor.wav] On poor quality lines the Dialogic card sometimes mistakenly thinks that an answering machine has answered the call - looks like this is happening in this case...
