SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/18/2004 11:30 PM strange.. that "Advanced" tab should be there all the time I'd try just installing XP and seeing if its there to begin with... are you using XP Professional? Share this post Link to post
Guest Guest Report post Posted 11/19/2004 10:56 AM I found the problem. In your installing guide you say to open Phone and Modem option then select the Advanced tab. But in XP when you open Phone and Modem the first screen you see ask you to enter info on your area code dial out code and so on. It is only after enter this info and pressing next do you get the screen with the Advanced tab. An update, about this step, in your install instructions would maybe help us that do not use Windows that often. Thanks for your help ps The system is up and running and we'll be starting testing of the new registration system today, I hope. Share this post Link to post
