Knowing Caller Hangup

Hai...!

 

Im very new to this. Im using Parity Software Multithreaded OutBound to call to people and has to deliver a small message. Im using 3 menu featured. I just want to know whether the person has heard the complete message or not. How can we able to detect the RemoteParty Hangup in CallSuite?

 

CallSuite is being working on CT ADE V8.2, with Dialogic D41/JCT-LS Card.

 

Anyone pls give me a right solution.

Thanx for u r early reply. Can't i detect user hangup using CT ADE Callsuite? One morething is that im not using any files to play. Im just using some text messages to play.

 

The products in the like provided are not being downloaded.

 

Pls give me the right solution.

This forum is for support of VoiceGuide software only.

For support of other software you will need to contact that software's supplier (from what I know of the software that you are using right now I wish you luck with getting any answers though...)
