This is quite easily done - but the call would need to arrive at VoiceGuide first and then VG would call another number and play the desired ringtone while waiting for other number to answer... Unless you are a phone company then you would probably need to set up a database which holds the destination number based on the number dialed by caller - essentially assigning a phone number per customer...
